Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lengill is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us within 14 days and we’ll file a claim on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
