Lengill Return & Refund Guide

Not completely happy with your Lengill pair? No problem. Here’s how to send them back.

Time Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unworn shoes.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Shoes must be tried on on carpet or clean, dry floors only

  • No scuffs, odors, stains, or signs of outdoor wear

  • Original box and any included accessories must be intact

  • Final sale items (marked as such) are not returnable

How to Return

  1. Email returns@lengill.com with your order number and reason

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label (return shipping fee: $6.99, deducted from refund unless the error is ours)

  3. Pack shoes securely, attach label, and drop off at the carrier’s location

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for inspection. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Return the original pair and place a new order – it’s the fastest way. We’ll refund your original purchase as soon as the return is processed.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact support@lengill.com within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no charge and cover return shipping.
