Lengill Return & Refund Guide
Not completely happy with your Lengill pair? No problem. Here’s how to send them back.
Time Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unworn shoes.
Eligibility Requirements

Shoes must be tried on on carpet or clean, dry floors only

No scuffs, odors, stains, or signs of outdoor wear

Original box and any included accessories must be intact

Final sale items (marked as such) are not returnable
How to Return

Email returns@lengill.com with your order number and reason

We’ll email you a prepaid return label (return shipping fee: $6.99, deducted from refund unless the error is ours)

Pack shoes securely, attach label, and drop off at the carrier’s location
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for inspection. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Return the original pair and place a new order – it’s the fastest way. We’ll refund your original purchase as soon as the return is processed.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact support@lengill.com within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no charge and cover return shipping.
